Title: Property Marketing Specialist / Reservationist
Organization: Keefe Resort Rentals
Location: Lake Geneva, Wisconsin
Period of Employment: Full Year
Compensation: Hourly plus Sales Incentive
Hours Per Week: 35-40 hours

Organization Information:
Offers accommodations through privately-owner vacation rental properties in the summer season and monthly rentals in off season; 75 properties throughout Southeastern, WI. Affiliated with the national organization of Vacation Rental Management Association. www.keeferentals.com

Responsibilities:

• Qualify leads
• Distribute area attraction information to guests
• Execute phone call distribution
• Spreadsheet/Database Maintenance
• Guest Survey distribution
• Conduct availability searches in conjunction with guest inquiries.
• Assist with social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, and Blogs).
• Prepare correspondence and other documents.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree and/or Experience in Marketing and/or Hospitality
• Thrive in fast-pace environment
• Self-motivated
• Excellent PC skills Excel, Outlook, Word.
